SERVPRO of ICC, LLC is Hiring a Project Manager Near Linn, MO

Summary:
The project manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned production crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
2. Manage the client experience and overall client satisfaction.
3. Provide priority response to potential customers.
4. Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates.
5. Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
6. Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
7. Coordinate and oversee the production of services with crews and subcontractors.
8. Document and/or review job file to support the services provided.
9. Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
10. Manage production expenses.
11. Manage equipment and materials (assets).
12. Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
Secondary Responsibilities:
1. Train production personnel.
2. Manage production personnel.
3. Continued development of leadership and management skills, as well as restoration expertise.
4. Other tasks/duties as required by employer.
Necessary Experience and Skill Set:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations.
  • Minimum 1 year management and/or supervisory experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written.
  • Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.
Formal Education/Training:
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Current industry certifications strongly preferred.
Compenstation
  • Salary based on experience plus commision

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
This is a management position occasionally working in an office environment; however, frequent field visits and field management will require jobsite activities. Occasional jobsite activities may involve lifting 50 pounds independently, occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, utilizing scaffolding or lifts, pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects, working around chemicals, and working overhead.
While performing occasional jobsite duties, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions such as heat, noxious odors, etc. The noise level in the work environment and jobsites may be loud. The employee will be required to occasionally wear a respirator for their safety.
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and Travel Requirements:
This is a full-time position working 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, 45-50 hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including evenings and weekends, as needed. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
