What We Offer
As a Certified Welding Inspector this position involves performing shop inspections on fabricated steel products based on our quality control procedures and American Welding Society AWS DI.1 welding code. Fit-up, dimensional, galvanizing and paint inspections are required along with welding inspections.
Inspection reports and tracking is required for all work performed in written reports as well as computer spreadsheets. Excellent communication skills are required. Dimensional checks are done from the use of shop drawings which must be read and thoroughly understood.

Environment
Job requires outdoor work and indoor in all weather conditions with extreme temperatures. Majority of work is done indoors in a heated area.
