Medical Family Practice office located in Lindenhurst, IL. is looking for a qualified candidate to fulfill Front Office Reception duties.
Full Time Position Hours:
M-Th 10:30am-6:30pm & Saturday 7:30am-12:30pm
A successful candidate will be responsible for the following operations along with other duties as assigned: Check in patients and collect co-pay monies on accounts, schedule patient appointments, answer phone within a professional and helpful manner, escort patients to exam rooms, complete filing and the pulling of various charts, balance day sheet for tracking charges and monies collected. Must be able to multi-task for our busy fast paced office and offer exceptional customer service delivery.
Medical office experience preferred but willing to train a successful candidate.
