Now hiring for Regulatory Compliance Manager. Spherion of Rhode Island currently has Regulatory Compliance Manager opportunities available to support our local, industry leading customer. Our Regulatory Compliance Manager will be working a first shift with limited required OT. The Regulatory Compliance Manager will support our customers to ensure regulatory compliance and facilitate market expansion by managing certifications and submissions to domestic and international agencies. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Develop and maintain regulatory systems, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate audits and prepare documentation for certifications (COSMOS, RSPO, FDA).
Monitor and interpret regulatory changes; advise on operational and product compliance.
Prepare and submit regulatory filings for new products and international markets.
Review raw materials and product labeling for compliance with global regulations.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Ability to manage audits and regulatory submissions effectively.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to regulatory compliance.
Education:
Associate
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Experience with FDA and EU regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of COSMOS and RSPO standards preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
