ICG Medical is Hiring an ICU RN Near Lincoln, OR

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and assess patients in the ICU
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans
- Perform procedures such as gastric lavage, spinal tap, and sterile processing
- Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions promptly
- Assist in discharge planning and patient education
- Utilize physiology knowledge to provide specialized care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:

- Valid RN license and BLS certification
- Previous experience in an ICU setting preferred
- Proficiency in handling critical situations with efficiency and calmness
- Knowledge of advanced medical equipment such as CT scanners and ophthalmology tools
- Strong understanding of coding and billing practices related to critical care
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration
