Do you have tactical supply chain management experience? Timpte is growing and looking for a Supply Chain Manager for our brand new manufacturing center in Lincoln, NE! As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of tactical Supply Chain Operations for the Lincoln Manufacturing Center including all internal and external suppliers. This includes demand management, forecast communication, supply planning, order execution, transportation and all raw material and component shop floor inventory and materials management functions.be

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Minimize shortages while maintaining efficient overall inventory levels.
• Lead, manage, and communicate and build a productive team by overseeing Planning and Supply Chain.
• Manage ECN process implementation as it relates to purchase components, i.e. define and communicate effectivity dates. Minimize slow moving and obsolete inventory.
• Accountability for material flow, presentation, and replenishment (Kanban/MRP). 

Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and 2 years management experience preferred.
• Prior experience managing annual operating budgets and monthly financial forecasts.
• Strong Knowledge with ERP (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience in creating strategies for and directing data collection and data analysis.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as presentation skills.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
