C. H. Thomas Search, LLC is Hiring a Chief Financial Officer (Not-For-Profit / Hybrid) Near Lincoln, NE
- Oversee/manage all transactional accounting, month-end close/financial reporting and cash management
- Oversee/manage all financial (and some operational) analysis (including budget/actual, forecasting/projections, KPI’s, dash-boarding, etc.)
- Oversee/manage a number of compliance areas (e.g. external audit, etc.)
- Management/development of a mid-sized team of accounting/finance professionals
- Process improvement/reengineering (people, process, technology)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
- CPA (strongly preferred)
- 10 years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience
- Some experience in the not-for-profit sector
- Strong business/finance acumen
- Strong supervisory/management skills
- Executive level/C-Suite exposure/experience
- Strong communication skills
Salary $150K - $225K (DOE), 10% bonus potential, very attractive benefit package, work/life balance (including hybrid work schedul) and culture/work environment.
