**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, from invoicing to payment processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounting tasks. Dealership experience is helpful but not necessary. This job will include cashiering and answering phones as well.
**Duties:**
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Maintain vendor and customer records
- Prepare and send out invoices
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar role
- Proficiency in 10-key typing and data entry
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
