RSDA is Hiring a Dental Office Manager Near Lincoln, MA

We are seeking a full time Front Office Manager for our private General Dental practice. Dental experience is a must.

We are looking for someone who will ensure outstanding customer service for our patients by supporting a friendly and efficient team, overseeing the flow of the practice, and providing problem-solving skills for all issues. You will be the go-to person for managing the staff and one who juggles multiple priorities. Our manager must exhibit exceptional poise and professionalism under pressure and will enjoy a wide variety of responsibilities and projects in this high-impact role. You will be wearing many hats, so a multi-tasker who works well under pressure is a must. We are looking for someone that is a natural leader and problem solver. Our ideal candidate must be inspiring, positive, energetic, and friendly.

Ultimately, a top-performing Manager will perform all duties in a manner that ensures the efficient and productive running of the dental practices. Managerial responsibilities include but are not limited to:

● Oversight of daily operations including scheduling, billing, and project management

● Review and track daily referrals to and from the practice

● Ensures schedule is booked and confirmed according to office protocol

● Some invisalign treatment coordinating responsibilities may be required, including but not limited to reviewing financial contracts with patients

● Coordinating and overseeing marketing and referral efforts

● Assist and implementation in human resource functions

● Manage accounts receivables to include patient and insurance, and assure patient account accuracy

● Analyze business and financial data to recognize and build on strengths, provide daily feedback to improve weak areas of performance and identify anomalies occurring in the practice

● Providing guidance and instruction in the interpretation of office procedures, policies, and practices

● Helping with patient and team issues and concerns

● Achieve financial performance and revenue growth goals while supporting our culture and mission

● Act as an expert in the local market, employing best practices for patient acquisition and retention

● Provide direct individual and team leadership to achieve success

● Model outstanding patient service

● Identify team member strengths and areas of opportunity as it relates to patient skills

● Train, coach, and mentor team members to optimal patient service levels

● On-board all team members to seamlessly integrate into the dynamic practice environment while continuing to meet the patient and business needs

Skills

● Proven experience as a Dental office manager

● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills – must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships

● Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures

● Knowledge in Eaglesoft dental software

● Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

● Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

● Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

● Creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

Compensation:

Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and the following benefits are available
