Lincoln Village Healthcare Center is Hiring a Restorative Nurse Manager Near Lincoln, IL
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Restorative Nurse Manager to develop and oversee the Restorative Nursing Program in our Long Term Care facility.
Duties:
-Staff education and supervision.
- Develop and coordinate restorative programs for residents in a LTC setting.
- Conduct assessments to determine the scope and type of program required.
- Develop and implement restorative plans of care.
- Participate and collaborate as part of the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to programs as needed.
Requirements:
-Illinois Licensed Nurse; RN preferred. LPN would be considered.
Skills:
- LTC experience preferred; Restorative nursing experience/certification a PLUS
- Patient care experience
- Experience in individual based care planning development.
