LHH is assisting a dynamic family-owned business overseeing various entities specialized in marketing and producing exceptional beverages. They are looking to add a new Tax Accountant to their growing team. With a global portfolio of renowned brands, they are leaders in their industry, marketing a significant portion of premium beverages in America. Their group manages investments in diverse ventures and facilities in esteemed regions worldwide.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare beverage excise tax returns on a monthly & quarterly basis.
- Prepare Corporation, Partnership, LLC, and S Corp Returns along with supporting schedules for compliance purposes.
- Complete Sales & Use Tax Returns for multiple entities.
- Conduct various research and planning projects.
- Process federal, state, and local quarterly estimated payments and annual filings.
- Respond to notices from taxing authorities on multiple tax-related matters.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the tax field.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Experience with JD Edwards and NetSuite is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Capacity to work independently.
