Salary Based on Experience

Shift Tuesday- Friday 8a-6p

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and check in patients with a warm and welcoming attitude

- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently

- Verify patient insurance information and handle billing inquiries

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments

- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the healthcare team

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic health records (EHR)

- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred

- Medical Assistant experience is a plus!
