We are seeking to add a cheerful, compassionate and a detail oriented Front Desk Administrative Assistant to our growing Dental team!

Job Duties and Requirements:

• Dental Insurance Billing and Collections.
• Complete opening and end of day procedures in accordance with office directives and policies
• Monitor the schedule to maintain a smooth patient flow
• Verify that all new and returning patient information and financial arrangements are documented properly
• Answer all incoming calls and handle all inquiries

Education & Background Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dental office experience of at least 1 year Preferred
• Excellent communication skills
