What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Physical Therapist to join our team at ARC Physical Therapy . As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well-being.

• Lead the assessment of patients to develop and initiate comprehensive treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Evaluate physician referrals (prescriptions) and review patient conditions and medical records to determine the required physical therapy treatments.
• Provide direct patient care according to established protocols and guidelines, overseeing the implementation by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Document assessment findings, treatment progress, and instructions provided to patients and caregivers.
• Supervise and take responsibility for patient care administered by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Develop a written plan of care, establish goals derived from evaluation findings, and design a comprehensive program to achieve these goals.
• Direct the implementation of physical therapy treatment programs and administer essential physical therapy interventions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including daily progress notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports.

What You Have:

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. New graduates are encouraged to apply, we’d love for you to start your career with us!
• Current state of Missouri license and CPR certification
• Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office,
