We are seeking a local, highly motivated Recruiter to join our team! This is a fast-paced position requiring you to have strong proficiency with database management and standard office efficiency suites, including Excel and Outlook. This is a hybrid position, requiring at least 2-3 days a week in the Lexington, SC office.
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees to fill open roles
- Accurately maintain employee files
- Hit daily, weekly, monthly targets
- Ability to build rapport
- Strong organizational skills
