Currently hiring an Area Manager for Lexington area for our traffic control division. This employee would be charged with the day-to-day operations of the company in the upstate NC area. This position would require Manager to travel through out the state. All our Area Managers are required to travel to other states to assist as needed.
The Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the field operational performance within the area. Responsibility includes monitoring, managing, and improving the performance of staff as well as maintaining client relations. Hiring and monitoring the training of new personnel as well as equipment inventory will also be part of the primary duty.
Other normal day-to-day duties:
