SafeSplash Swim Schools of Lexington MA is looking for swim instructors to join our team. This is the perfect part time job for students or people who want to earn some extra cash while working in a fun, positive and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing aquatic abilities;
• Working with small groups of children ages 3 years old to adults on swim skills;
• Tracking each students' progress; and
• Keeping all students safe and eager to learn each day.

Position Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous swim instruction experience is required.
• Current Lifeguard/CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.
• Training in the SafeSplash® curriculum will be provided.

Hours: 3 to 40 hours per week depending on what works for you.

• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
