Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating loan applications and determining credit worthiness, generating leads, and developing and maintaining relationships with clients and real estate professionals. The Mortgage Loan Officer will also be responsible for presenting loan options to clients and explaining the terms and conditions of each loan.
Qualifications
- Loan Officers and Mortgage Industry knowledge
- Experience in Mortgage Lending
- Excellent customer service skills
- Business to business skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with loan processing software is a plus
