Job Description

Design, architect, and develop software solutions in Visual Studio, ASP.NET and other frameworks using software development lifecycle best-practices and Agile methodologies to meet customer requirements. Work with customer to propose and design solutions, provide time-estimate and schedule feedback, and develop custom applications that incorporate secure coding based on OWASP standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 5 years professional experience as an application developer with a demonstrated background supporting Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and procedures
• Direct, hands-on development experience with Visual Studio, ASP.NET Core MVC (C#), JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Entity Framework
• Experience with Windows Server, SQL Server and IIS, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

• Experience creating and consuming web services, along with integrating disparate data stores
• Experience with developing specific computer code and design and development of intranet sites
• Specific experience with .NET and Microsoft SharePoint
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD-12)

Preferred Qualifications

• SharePoint development experience
• Experience with livelink
• Content management systems support
• Records management systems support
• Experience building workflows in Nintex or similar utility such as Microsoft SharePoint Workflow
• Prior experience working with PowerShell
• Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Experience with Agile methodologies and practices

This position may require the ability to obtain a government clearance. This position may require reviews and test for absence of any illegal drugs along with a background investigation by the Federal government in order to obtain an access authorization prior to employment, and may require subsequent reinvestigations may be required.
