**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a leasing consultant and have excellent customer service skills.
**Duties:**
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants
- Process lease applications and renewals
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Maintain accurate records of prospective tenants
- Assist with property showings and open houses
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Utilize AppFolioi or similar software for lease management
- Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in leasing professional tasks
- Knowledge of legal procedures related to leasing agreements
- Ability to negotiate lease terms effectively
- Strong customer service orientation
- Legal administrative skills for lease documentation
- Ability to handle various types of legal paperwork
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
