We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a veterinary clinic setting. This is a full-time position which includes a combination of days shifts and afternoon until closing shifts. The work week will include every other Saturday until 2 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar
• Answer phone calls and address client inquiries or concerns
• Assist with medical record management, including data entry and filing
• Process payments and handle financial transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks as needed

• Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend hours required
• Experience in veterinary hospital preferred

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
