- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 with a 2-year commitment.

- Hours: 7 am - 3:30 pm
- Shift Differentials:
- Evening Shift (3 pm – 11:30 pm) = 8%
- Night Shift (11:00 pm – 7:30 am) = 11%
- No Weekend Differential
- On-Call Expectations: 10-13 nights/month; minimum 1-2 weekends/month.
- Ensure patient safety and provide high-quality care in the Cath Lab.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients about procedures and treatments.
- Respond to emergencies and assist physicians during procedures.
- Adhere to established guidelines and protocols.
- Positive and cooperative demeanor.
- Ability to work harmoniously in a team setting.
- Effective communication skills.
- Respond constructively to feedback and directions from supervisors.
- Licensure as a registered nurse in Idaho.
- Current BLS, ACLS & NIH Stroke certifications.
- Minimum Associate degree in Nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN).
