**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, following traditional and modern recipes.

**Duties:**

- Prepare a wide range of baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies

- Decorate cakes and pastries using various techniques

- Operate baking equipment including ovens and mixers

- Ensure that the kitchen and baking area are kept clean and organized

- Monitor inventory levels and help chef order supplies as needed

- Adhere to food safety standards and procedures

- Package finished products for display or sale

**Experience:**

- Proven experience as a Baker or relevant role in food production

- Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods

- Familiarity with cake decorating and pastry design

- Understanding of food safety practices in the culinary field

- Experience in catering or working in the food industry is a plus

- Ability to use knives and other baking tools effectively
