The Finance Specialist, under the direction of the Finance Supervisor, is responsible for paying vendors for services and goods, assisting with completion of the annual budget and audit, completing bank reconciliations monthly and assisting with special research projects as they become available. As required this position will answer phones, assist with inquires at the front desk, and complete other assigned tasks.
The successful candidate must have an associate degree in accounting or business administration, be proficient in Microsoft Office products, and have knowledge of standard accounting and financial principals. The ideal candidate should have good ethical judgement, initiative, a positive demeanor, exceptional customer service skills, strong multitasking skills, and be self-motivated.
Salary is commensurate with experience, certifications, and qualifications.
