Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Associate to join our team at a retail pool supplies store. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their pool supplies needs, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance with their pool supplies needs
• Assist customers with finding the right products for their pool maintenance, cleaning, and repair needs
• Operate cash registers and process payments accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves, dusting, and sweeping
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers as needed
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Adhere to store policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of pool supplies, chemicals, and equipment a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register
• Ability to lift and move heavy products

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
