Fostering Life Youth Ranch is Hiring a Direct Care Counselor Near Levelland, TX
Fostering Life Youth Ranch, a residential treatment facility, is in search of Direct Care Workers for our facility in Levelland, TX. We are needing high school graduates or equivalent, 21 or older. Compensation will depend on experience and evaluation after training. The shift times will be 6:30am - 2:30PM, 2:30pm - 10:30PM, or overnight 10:30pm - 6:30am. We are looking for someone willing to learn new things such as ways of directing, handling, etc of children. You must be detail-oriented, follow directions and procedures well to ensure the safety of the children in our care. You are to maintain a positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and be able to encourage the children. You are going to be working in a residential treatment center so you will be in the everyday lives of these children. Join us on this wonderful task of redirecting children on the right path. You MUST be able to pass a background check and drug screening!!
