We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Producing Sales Manager to join our fun and supportive team!. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Leading and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborating with marketing and recruitment teams to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Providing training, coaching, and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance.
  • Conducting outside sales activities to grow a book of business.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business threats and opportunities.
  • Preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the recruiting industry or related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous recruiting industry experience required
