Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and start-up services for our HVAC customers. This is a full-time position that requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: - Preform start-up services for boilers, pumps, cooling equipment. Analyze and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions - Test and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance - Provide technical assistance and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues - Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including service reports and inventory records Skills: - Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication - Experience with mechanical HVAC equipment or related fields is preferred - Ability to work in the field and travel to customer sites as needed - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients.
