Accounting Clerk

Tri-Tech Forensics, Inc. (TTF), a leader in the forensics and first responder markets, is seeking in an entry level accountant position that reports directly to the Accounting Manager with project direction from the VP of Finance. Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist with payable and receivable transaction entry.
• Assist with customer collections on past due invoices.
• Assist with daily bank reconciliations
• Maintain work files to reconcile divisional revenue monthly.
• Prepare and process monthly journal entries.
• Work with the accounting team to provide supporting schedules for the external auditors during their annual audit field work.
• Assigned projects by the VP of Finance.

Job Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or similar experience in Accounting
• Work History: Entry Level, 0-3 years
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Detail oriented
