A growing and popular restaurant group is looking for Restaurant Managers . Working with the General Manager and in their absence, we seek someone with great people and leadership skills.

If you believe in growth for yourself and others, have experience in Restaurant Management, and are comfortable dealing in the front of the house with and in the back with staff, scheduling, following procedures, and building a team, we would really like to hear from you!

Restaurant Manager Requirements :

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Follow procedures and maintain standards of daily operations
• Basic math, computer, problem-solving, guest service, and written and verbal skills
• Ability to perform any function within the restaurant as needed

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities :

• Plan and achieve sales goals and profit levels while ensuring quality and guest experience
• Coach, mentor, and train staff on operations and procedures
• Manage the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager
• Anticipate and solve any daily issues
