We need a Senior Accountant to jump in and help closing the books, solving problems, and improving processes to ensure accounting aligns with Pattern’s future objectives. - Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting with appropriate GAAP treatment
- Provide solutions to streamline/speed up month-end close
- Assist with annual independent financial and statutory audits
- Provide timely and accurate analysis of historical financials
- Provide reporting and solutions for ad-hoc information requests
- Ensure that effective internal controls are in place to ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal and state regulations for financial and fiscal reporting
- Support the Accounting Manager and work directly with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service, respond to internal and external inquiries regarding accounting related activities, and utilize judgment to address or escalate issues as necessary
- BS in Accounting required
- MAcc preferred
- CPA preferred
- 1-2 years public accounting

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
