Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a calm and friendly demeanor on the phone.
• Promptly follow up on leads and schedule consultations.
• Ensure a welcoming environment for all firm visitors.
• Handle new client phone calls and contact forms.
• Complete detailed questionnaires with prospective clients in our case management system.
• Assist clients in submitting necessary paperwork and follow up on outstanding documentation.
• Review and process intake emails and notes.
• Prepare and send welcome packages to newly accepted clients.
• Manage client and staff emails and tasks in our client management software.
• Maintain the reception area and conference rooms.
• Collaborate with Paralegals and Associate Attorneys.
• Make occasional trips to the bank as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Professional: You have 2-4 years of experience in a professional office setting.
• Customer Service Expert: Your background in customer relations and/or sales makes you adept at handling client interactions.
• Excellent Communicator: You have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Organized and Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Team Player: You enjoy working collaboratively and have a positive, outgoing attitude.
