Urgent hiring for LPN for Leesburg, NJ location
Duties:
- Perform physical examinations and provide basic medical care
- Assist with infant care, including feeding, diapering, and monitoring vital signs
- Monitor and operate neonatal ventilators for patients requiring respiratory support
- Catheterize patients and assist with urinary catheter care
- Conduct sonography procedures under the supervision of a physician
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform patient assessments, including vital signs, pain levels, and overall well-being
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of NJ
- Proficient in various medical systems and technologies
- Strong knowledge of patient assessment techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
