Cable Dahmer Automotive Group is looking for a Warranty Clerk to join our centralized Accounting team at our Lee’s Summit Kia dealership.

Pay: $17-20/hr

What you'll do:

• Work with the Accounts Payable/Receivable team, Cancellations, and Billing teams
• Reconciles statement and ledger and ensures payments are consistent with set schedules
• Prints, analyzes, and distributes reports as requested by management
• Maintains updated files for accounts
• Warranty Cancellations
• Warranty Remittance
• Clean various schedules
• Other responsibility assigned by manager

What you'll need as a Warranty Clerk:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Stronger computer and internet skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Organized and detail oriented
• Strong data and entry management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
