Real Floors is Hiring a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator Near Lebanon, TN
LOCATION: Knoxville, TN
HOURS: Monday - Friday (7AM - 4PM) OT as needed

Primary duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving and processing flooring products by unloading trucks using a sit-down forklift and/or electric pallet jack.
- Performing inventory cycle counts, physical inventory and other inventory management-related activities.
- Measuring, cutting and labeling flooring material.
- Driving a sit-down forklift as needed to perform job duties.
- Preparing flooring materials and supplies for pickup by our subcontractors.
- Lifting, carrying and loading material and supplies into subcontractor vehicles.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Easily able to juggle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 1 years of prior warehouse job experience
- 1 years of forklift experience - certification is a plus, but is not required.
- 1 years of inventory, cycle counts, receiving/material handling and related experience.
- Ability to perform basic math functions with a calculator in order to measure flooring materials.
- Ability to lift and carry products on a repetitive basis that weigh 50 to 75 lbs.
- Experience using a warehouse computer system is preferred, but is not required.
