Senior Staff Accountant will support the ADVICS North America team Inventory, Fixed Assets and Payroll related functions
Essential Job Responsibilities And Duties
- Oversee the reconciliation of inventory ledgers monthly, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Strengthen end to end inventory processes and reporting
- Analyze inventory for potential excess and obsolete reserves.
- Support ADSNA Physical inventory and external audit processes, including providing necessary documentation and support.
- Responsible for uploading the weekly and biweekly Payroll entries and tracking benefits.
- Responsible for month end close activities, including but not limited to the following:
- Journal entries.
- Monthly reconciliation.
- Maintain Fixed assets reporting and depreciation transactions, Construction In Process (CIP) additions and disposals.
- Provides daily support for other tasks as needed and helps with the training.
- Provides recommendations to improve current system, processes, and procedures.

Qualification RequirementsEducation and Experience:Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting with a minimum of three to five years of related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills required including advanced functions including pivot tables, Lookups and Macros.
- Knowledge of large-scale accounting software (preferably Oracle) is desirable.
- Must be able to work independently with limited management oversight.
