A real estate company is seeking someone with sales and marketing experience for their Leasing Specialist role in Lebanon, NH. Responsibilities of the Leasing Specialist
- Assist Leasing Manager with property marketing and leasing program
- Answer inquiries in person and over the phone for prospects and current residents
- Develop print and internet-based marketing and advertising materials
- Help plan events
- Facilitate property tours
- Verify applications and complete lease paperwork
- Conduct surveys and complete reports
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications of the Leasing Specialist
- 2 years’ experience with marketing/leasing and customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent required; any college level marketing course work preferred
- Strong computer skills; experience with Property Solutions Entrata a plus
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
- High attention to detail
- Creative, energetic, and motivated
