```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for visitors and callers.

```Responsibilities:```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information
- Knowledge of medical terminology (for medical receptionist positions) is a plus
