Overview: Provide nutritional support for residents. Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized care plans. Monitoring dietary restrictions, providing nutrition education, and collaborating with other health care professionals to ensure residents’ overall well-being.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nutrition or Dietetics. Registered Dietician (RD) credential, State licensure (if required). Experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred. Strong communications and interpersonal skills. Experience with electronic charting and nutrition care process. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
