WHAT YOU WILL DO:

This position will work at multiple properties in the KC area as needed, such as Overland Park, Shawnee, Roeland Park, Lenexa and Mission, KS. Minimal travel outside of KC could be needed for special projects or due diligence. If travel is needed, all travel expenses are paid/reimbursed.  Mileage is reimbursed when traveling from site to site.

• Complete resident work orders in a timely manner.
• Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards, in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete capital projects or needed upgrades.
• On call rotation if covering an open position.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• A minimum of 2 years of industry experience 
• HVAC Certification Required
• Strong Mechanical Background
