Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable individuals with developmental disabilities and possess strong skills in program development, relationship management, behavioral health.

Duties:

- Develop and implement programs to support individuals with developmental disabilities

-Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages client participation and engagment

- Provide direct support and supervision to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being. Including documentation, reporting and record-keeping.

- Collaborate with other team members and caregivers to create comprehensive support plans. Manage relationships with clients, families, and community partners.

-Monitor and document client progress and report any concerns to the program director.

-Assist clients with personal care needs, including changing when necessary.

- Assist in budgeting and financial management for programs

- Utilize social work principles to address the needs of program participants.

- Oversee program management activities ensuring compliance with regulations

Experience:

The successful candidate should have the following skills and qualifications:

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong program development skills
- Proficiency in relationship management
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles
- Administrative experience including documentation and reporting
- Budgeting skills for program financial management
- Background in social work or related field
- Ability to manage programs effectively
- Experience supervising staff members

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
