Fairfield Inn Layton Utah is looking for one front desk agent to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- *Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner *Answer and screen phone calls *Utilize our Property Management System to check guests into and out of the hotel, and manage billing *Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources. *Help our Guests to have comfortable rewarding stay and make local recommendations.
Qualifications
- *Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position *Basic computer skills *Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner *Time-management and organizational skills *Please email your application to layton.fairfieldinn.gm@gmail.com
