Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Asset Protection Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our company's assets, employees, and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in criminal investigation, loss prevention, and conflict management. Duties: - Conduct surveillance to detect and prevent theft, fraud, and other illegal activities - Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to identify suspicious behavior or potential security threats - Investigate incidents of theft or misconduct and gather evidence for potential legal action - Write detailed reports documenting incidents, investigations, and any necessary actions taken - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed to assist in criminal investigations - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to asset protection - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with any security-related concerns or issues Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in criminal justice or related field is a plus - Proven experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or a similar role - Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques, report writing, and investigative procedures - Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism and tact - Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to asset protection and loss prevention If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for maintaining safety and security, we encourage you to apply for the position of Asset Protection Associate.
