The Corporate Trainer will create, coordinate and deliver training classes throughout different areas of the organization, based on identified needs for each business unit. You will work with instructional designers to design virtual instructor-led sessions or in-person courses. Key accountabilities include deliver training, assist with designed new trainings, evaluate training effectiveness and update training materials.

QualificationsExperience
Required

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business or risk management preferred; or substitute relevant experience.
• Three years of adult training experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Experience in conducting needs assessments.
• Intermediate knowledge of virtual instruction techniques.
• Experience facilitating a wide range of topics including emerging leaders, challenging conversations and change management.
• Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of learning management systems.
