TRC Talent Solutions is Hiring a Shipping Coordinator Near Lawrenceville, GA
Location: Lawrenceville, GA
Shift: 7:30AM - 4:00PM Monday through Friday
Pay: 18.00 hourly
What you get:
- Fixed shifts with little weekend mandatory work. (7:30am-4:00pm).
- Hourly pay of $18.00
- Sign on Bonus of $750 ($250 after 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days).

- Weekly Check (Direct Deposit and no week's hold)
- Be part of the company's appreciation awards and quarterly events.
- Maintain finished goods organized and tidy condition.
- Keep 95% accuracy cycle count of finished goods inventory.
- Stage pending shipments.
- Complete necessary freight paperwork to process shipment.
- Enter shipping related data to ERP (Deacom System) as needed.
- Coordinate transportation methods with customers and/or their freight company to schedule shipments.
- Balance production counts with numbers posted.
- Monitor and maintain Customer Inventory Composite Log.
- Provide appropriate shipping documentation to customers.
- Keep open communication with customers regarding status updates, etc.
- Follow shipping specifications required by customer
- Process shippings through Deacom or fenerate appropriate paperwork by MS Excel depending on need
- Assist with master bill of lading filling as necessary.
- Perform trailer QC and Safety inspections and report issues to manager as necessary.
- Complete 100% case cycle count with driver present (for all shipments not store in a closed container environment).
- Identify areas of improvement for safety, quality, service and productivity.
- Assist in other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic understanding of ERP system.
- Experienced MS Office and e-mail correspondence user
- Minimum 1-year previous experience operating a Forklift.
- 2 years of Forklift Operation
- Previous experience operating Customer Management Portals
- Previous experience working in a shipping environment
