A successful Pre K teacher aide should help teachers intuitively by considering means to make lesson execution easier.
Teacher Aide Responsibilities:
- Identifying students who are struggling in class.
- Maintaining positive redirection in the classroom.
- A high school degree or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children would be advantageous.
- Well-organized with excellent communication skills.
- Solid understanding of classroom activities and teaching best practices.
- Schedule can be either 6:30am - 3:30pm or 9:30am - 630pm
