The Finance Director is the primarily the strategic partner to the CEO and is responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting & Controls, Treasury, Risk Management, Tax, Information Technology, and Legal Expenses. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer will mentor the Finance Director to develop technical capabilities and leadership skills.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• A strategic partner to the CEO with the ability to identify and promote profitable growth strategies, and then own the implementation.
• A demonstrated track record of PROFITABLE organic and inorganic growth
• Experience in driving growth through geographic expansion and product/service portfolio expansion. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of marketing and innovation.
• A track record of leading cost optimization and continuous improvement in manufacturing, processes, functions, and controls. Operational experience is preferred.

MUST HAVE skillsets

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance experience with increased functional responsibilities
• Experience working in a retail manufacturing, apparel, or related industry.
• Performance driven, high sense of urgency and delivery, "get things done" mentality.
• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, with high level of attention to details and accuracy.
• Ability to fluence across all levels of the organization.

• Advanced degree or certification, like MBA or CPA, preferred.
