Greenlight Automotive is looking for a fulltime experienced Title Clerk.

Responsibilities 

  •  Accurately process incoming titles daily from dealerships, match the consignor checks daily to the title and invoice. 
  •  Answer customer inquiries or concerns in person, e-mail or telephone in a professional, customer- focused manner. 
  •  Open and accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures. 
  • Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles; odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc. 
  •  Match sold titles with invoices. 
  •  Maintains a professional, calm manner when negotiating with difficult or upset customers. 
  •  Maintains a high level of confidentiality. 
  • Contributes to and encourages others to demonstrate a team focused, values based, service culture throughout the company. 
  •  Contributes to effective operations by providing support where and when as needed on sale/customer promotion dates. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels. COMPETENCIES/SKILL 
  • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. 
  •  One year automotive title experience needed. 
  • Notary designation is preferred. 
  • Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required. 
  • Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment.
  •  Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment. 
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills. 
  • Data Entry Skills. 
  • Telephone Skills.

  • Persistence

Skills and Abilities:

  • This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task as well as prioritize time sensitive projects.
