- Oversee monthly reconciliation of financial functions including cash, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and accounts payable.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with Controller and General Managers to fulfill financial needs and conduct relevant analyses.
- Lead and mentor accounting team, ensuring quality work and compliance with policies.
- Assist in training and development of team members on accounting procedures.
- Review general ledger account reconciliations for accuracy.
- Experience in dealership accounting.
- Experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry.
- Proven leadership experience in overseeing accounting operations.
- Proficiency with automotive dealership accounting software (e.g., Reynolds/Ignite, CDK, etc.)
- Strong computer skills including Google Platform and Microsoft Office Suite.
