Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing machinery, equipment, and systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects
- Supervise and coordinate external contractors when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Fabricate or weld parts as needed
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication)
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
